Mexico City, Oct 2 (EFE).- Luis Miguel will end up performing 31 times at Mexico City’s National Auditorium in 2018 after agreeing to 16 more concert dates starting on Tuesday and running until Nov. 29, organizers said.
After the last concert, Luis Miguel will have surpassed the 30 performances he offered at the venue in 2006 as part of the “Mexico en la Piel” tour, National Auditorium management said in a statement.
Luis Miguel performed in 15 concerts at the National Auditorium between February and April, presenting new material from “Mexico Por Siempre!”
By the end of 2018, Luis Miguel will have logged 253 total performances at the auditorium since 1991.
Luis Miguel has been nominated for the Lunas del Auditorio, an award given by music industry representatives and the public.
Ticket prices for the upcoming concerts will range from 290 pesos ($15.50) to 4,990 pesos ($267.10), National Auditorium management said.
Mexico City’s National Auditorium has a seating capacity of 10,000.
